8 AM Men’s Self Defense Class

Joe Morris will be teaching self-defense techniques for men, ages 16 and older this September and into October. Details as follows:
Cost – $20 per person
Location – North Creek Sports Field 2
Time – Saturday, 9/9, 9/16, 9/30 and 10/7 from 8 – 9:30 am

I recommend wearing sporting attire with long sleeves and pants, as well as a mouth guard. Bring water, too.
