10 AM Creating Friends

Creating Friends provides an opportunity for kids of all abilities, personalities and backgrounds to spend a day creating art and enjoying food, music and games together. As our name suggests, we desire to see friendships formed and strengthened along the way. We love seeing the natural interactions and fun that happens on this day!
Creating Friends is FREE and open to any child or young adult impacted by disability, regardless of their age, as well as any siblings or friends (includes children of adult volunteers) between the ages of 4 and 12*.
As a ministry of Trinity Church and Emmanuel Church, it is our hope that every participant, no matter what their beliefs, will experience Jesus’ love and care through this event. We believe wholeheartedly that all are created in God’s image and for His glory, and therefore pledge to treat each and every one of our participants with the same love, dignity and care that we have been given through Him – we truly hope you’ll join us!
